Call Management
Call Logs provide details of all past calls, whether incoming, outgoing or missed:
- Caller name (if in your directory), length of call, and time the call was made
- Apply a 'treatment' or command on how one or more of these calls will be handled in the future; e.g. forwarded, blocked, or prioritized
- Document calls that require 'lenght of time' records for billing purposes or audits
Call treatment allows you to program your phone to manage incoming calls in a number of ways:
